As a web developer, I don't think we need any more legislation governing what is on the web. There are laws for what is legal and illegal already. In my opinion SOPA and PIPA will be a gigantic waste of the government's money and a thorn in the side of every law-abiding web company, developer, and user. That includes you. That censors you.
